Finding the right words to say in order to thank everyone is almost impossible. How do you truly thank a group of dedicated fine professionals that, in the past 4 years, not only became caregivers but became friends or perhaps should be called Family and you will never be Forgotten. You have shown me that this group of people are dedicated and hard working to making people in their care feel happy and comfortable as they grow older.
The Management here at Overlook should be commended for always having the right staff and personnel on hand for us at our times of need, and for that, I am sure that I speak for my whole family on that.
In payback for all you have done for my family and me, I would like to help out by volunteering my time. I feel it would be a great accomplishment in my life to work along side fine people as yourselves. I look forward to helping others as you have helped Rita, my family and me.

The loving care you gave to my Joe will never be forgotten. I can’t thank each and every one of you enough. Every time I left him I was comforted in knowing he was loved and treated kindly.
I like to think that you will miss little Joe and me (especially Joe) and hope when things calm down we can come and visit you.
Overlook Nursing Home will remain in my thoughts as the best place to be and the best people to be with. Thank you!

Every time I visit my Mother, the staff makes me feel “at home”. They are so caring and considerate. It is so comforting to me to be able to return to N.C. knowing that she is well cared for and loved. I just had to let you know that you are doing a great job.

We just wanted to show our appreciation and gratitude for the compassion and truly professional care given to my mother Helen.
Beginning on the first day I came to visit my mom, someone was there always, with a smile or hello. The attention you gave my mother allowed me to be a little more at ease at the end of the day just knowing that she was in the care of such loving people.
This feeling of comfort began when I first spoke with the receptionist and continued through the whole process involved in my mom’s stay at Overlook. I can never thank all of you enough!

My family and I want to thank you and your staff for the wonderful care that Dad received while he was in Overlook.
He was always treated with compassion, kindness and respect and kept as comfortable as possible.
The staff could not do enough to help and support us during a very difficult time. It really was a comfort to us to have Dad in such caring hands.
We’d like to extend a special thank you to Jessica who went “above and beyond” to care for Dad. She treated him as though he were her own father.
