Overlook has completed our annual Federal/State Survey. We received two minor deficiencies which have been resolved. Survey results are available in our main lobby.

The State sponsored annual Resident/Family Satisfaction survey again has resuled in high scores for Overlook.
The annual resident/family satisfaction survey conducted by the State of RI has again resulted in Overlook receiving the highest scores and 3 diamond recognition.

Overlook successfully completed our survey from the Joint Commission of Accreditation of Healthcare Organizations. This facility is JCAHO accredited for another 3 years.
